The main objective of voluntary reporting is to increase aviation safety by collecting reports on actual or potential safety deficiencies that cannot be identified by mandatory reporting systems.

Voluntary reporting is an optional, non-punitive and confidential reporting system operated by Plures Air and is an integral part of our Safety Management System.

You can use this form when you obtain information that you believe may improve aviation safety but has not been reported through existing channels, or when you want others to learn about an incident or hazard while keeping your identity confidential.
